Jalal S. Alowibdi is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligent at the University of Jeddah since 2011. Alowibdi completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is working on various complex problems in Social complexity Networks. His research interests lie in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Leaning. Recently, he has focused on Data Mining and Decision Intelligent as well as Information Retrieval. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of Computer Science. Currently, Alowibdi is the Director of Business Intelligent and Data Analysis at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Previously, Alowibdi was consultant to the Minister of the Ministry of Education for Social Network and Media as well as was the Dean of knowledge resources at the University of Jeddah. Also, he was the head of the Department of Computer Science and the CIO at the University of Jeddah
